Universal Yoga Immersion Movement • Meditation • Sangha

Join Justin for an immersive three-hour Universal Yoga journey combining movement, breath, meditation, and community for all levels. Join Justin for a three-hour Universal Yoga journey designed for practitioners of all levels. Based on the Universal Yoga system developed by Andrey Lappa, this immersive practice harmoniously engages all five koshas—the physical, energetic, mental, wisdom, and bliss bodies—through thoughtfully balanced mandala sequences, breath, and mindful awareness. Justin will guide each student to practice at their own pace, making the experience accessible for beginners while offering depth for seasoned yogis. Following the practice, we'll gather for meditation and a community circle over tea and a potluck meal—a space to connect, ask questions, share experiences, and cultivate the spirit of Sangha, the supportive community that has always been at the heart of yoga.Members $25Non-Members $35
