From Day One: Dallas 2027 Building the Adaptive Workforce: How People Leaders Can Prepare Organizations for What Comes Next For HR leaders, the challenge ahead is less about managing change and more about designing for change that’s never-ending. As AI has moved from an emerging technology to an embedded part of how companies operate, the skills that used to map cleanly onto job titles are shifting faster than most companies can track.
