MO MOVEMENT w | ZAY mobility meets dance

Wake up the body before the day wakes you. MO MOVEMENT is an energizing morning experience that combines mobility, breath, rhythm, and dance to help you feel more open, mobile, and alive. We’ll begin by creating space in the body through mobility work and joint opening, then turn that new found freedom into movement, rhythm, and dance-inspired exploration. Think of it as your morning coffee, but for the body. Perfect for anyone looking to increase mobility, release stiffness, boost energy, and reconnect with movement in a fun and supportive environment. No dance experience or mobility experience is required. All levels are welcome. Come loosen up. Come Mo' Movement \* all ticket sales are final
