Full description from organizerShow less
SHUT THE FUCK UP, I’M MEDITATING is a 60 minute nervous system reset for minds and bodies that rarely get to be off. Through binaural sound, guided breath, self inquiry, and extended silence, the practice is designed to interrupt looping thoughts, soften the body’s response to memory, and create space between you and everything your system has been carrying. The memories may remain, but the charge can change. No sharing. No performing. No meditation experience needed. Come in, put your phone away, and let quiet do its work. 2nd and 4th sundays of every month inside the DOJO ceremonial Tea is served before and after the practice.
