new season. new nervous system. STFU! im meditating is an invitation to step out of the constant doing and spend time with yourself without another task to complete. this is not about imagining somewhere else forcing your mind to go blank, or trying to feel peaceful. relaxation may happen, but it isn't the assignment. through shadow figure meditation, we turn out attention toward what remains beneath the thoughts, roles, and stories we carry. you don't need to arrive calm or perform stillness. you come as you are, and we practice from there. afterward, we gather over tea, with space to reflect and stay a little longer. sunday, october 11th THE DOJO
