**STFU! I’M MEDITATING.** _a radical stillness practice w/ mattie._ this isn’t your typical meditation session. no guided visualizations. no trying to empty the mind. we practice observing our thoughts without becoming them, using self inquiry, radical stillness + carefully curated sound frequencies to explore what exists beneath the noise. we begin with tea service, followed by 60–70 minutes of stillness, sound + observation. come as you are. bring your loud mind. **for people who aren’t afraid of a few curse words or getting radically still.**
