The Writer's Circle featuring The Blue Spruce Hills Novella Series Authors

Join us on 12/3 at 6:30 PM for An Author's Guide to Self Publishing - The Writers' Circle INTRODUCING THE WRITERS’ CIRCLE AT THE BOOKSMITHS SHOPPE! Have you ever dreamed of writing a book but weren’t quite sure where to begin? Or perhaps you’ve already started writing and could use some inspiration, encouragement, and guidance? We’re excited to introduce The Writers’ Circle, a brand-new quarterly gathering bringing aspiring writers and published authors together to share experiences, exchange ideas, and learn from one another! A NEW TOPIC EVERY SEASON! The Writers’ Circle will meet once every quarter — winter, spring, summer, and fall — with each gathering exploring a different aspect of writing, publishing, and the creative journey. From developing your story and overcoming writer’s block to navigating self-publishing, marketing your books, and connecting with readers, each season will offer something new to discover. We’re kicking things off with our Winter Edition: An Author’s Guide to Self-Publishing! MEET THE BLUE SPRUCE HILLS NOVELLA SERIES AUTHORS Our inaugural gathering features five talented independent authors who collaborated on the Blue Spruce Hills Novella Series: Sarah Branson — Award-winning author of science fiction, adventure, and women’s fiction. Her novella, This Is Halloween, brings a touch of the paranormal to Blue Spruce Hills. E.D. Hackett — A New England author whose stories explore family, forgiveness, and second chances. Her novella, Family Is Family, celebrates the complexities of family relationships. Ellie Noor — A lifelong storyteller and former educator embracing her publishing journey. Her novella, Sweet Harmony, explores relationships, romance, and new beginnings. Ania Ray — Author of emotionally compelling women’s fiction and leader of the Quill & Cup writing community. Her novella, Safe in Sound, explores personal growth and finding the courage to pursue your dreams. Honey Winters — Author of uplifting women’s fiction celebrating friendship, love, and second chances. Her novella, Winter Light, reminds us that it’s never too late for a new chapter. WHAT TO EXPECT Join us for an evening of conversation, practical advice, creative inspiration, and dedicated time to work on your own writing projects. Whether you’re just beginning, have a manuscript in progress, or are considering self-publishing, this is an opportunity to connect with authors who have been through the process themselves. Our goal is to create a welcoming community where writers of all experience levels can learn, share, and encourage one another throughout the year.
