Little Fish Brewing Company Anniversary Pairing Dinner - Dayton Station

Celebrating four years of Little Fish in Dayton with an extravagant pairing dinner Join us for a six-course beer pairing dinner, executed by our Executive Chef, Zach Morgan. Each course is carefully paired with a selected beer, highlighting the range of beers we hand-craft, from foraged saisons, to lagers, hazy IPA's, barrel-aged sour ales, and barrel-aged imperial stouts. Our preferred seating for this event will be a communal table where we share a farm to table meal outside. We will have a weather contingency to move the dinner inside. And now, for the menu! COURSE ONE: Sweet Corn Gazpacho- Radish, green tomato gremolata, cucumber, hemp heart Paired with: Pescado Relajado Mexican Lager COURSE TWO: Ahi Tuna- Cabbage slaw, ssamjang, green and purple beans, beet gel, sunflower seed- Veg option is seared portobello mushroom Paired with: Dear Science Hazy IPA COURSE THREE: Chorizo Stuffed Pepper- Acorn squash crema, pickled cucamelon, fermented cayenne, mexican tarragon Vegetarian option is mayocoba (white bean) filling Paired with: Woodthrush Farmhouse Ale COURSE FOUR: Roasted Chicken Breast- Mushroom, grilled leeks, zucchini, crispy capers Vegetarian option is seitan Paired with: Green Bridge west coast-styel IPA COURSE FIVE: Plum Tarte Tatin- Sour beer gastrique, whipped chevre, plum syrup Paired with: Mooville Stout bourbon barrel aged stout * We do expect to "sell out" of these reservations, so please don't wait to purchase a ticket! **We are happy to adjust the menu for vegetarians and those with most food allergies.
