Get ready to groove and stretch with some fun adult ballet and jazz moves in a chill, no-pressure class! Always wanted to dance but weren't sure where to start? Join us for a fun, welcoming evening designed specifically for adults! Whether you're brand new to dance or returning after years away, you'll learn foundational ballet and jazz techniques while improving flexibility, balance, coordination, confidence, and overall fitness. Adult Ballet 101: 7:00–7:50 PM Adult Jazz Dance 101: 8:00–8:50 PM Take One Class or Stay for Both! Come discover the joy of movement in a supportive, encouraging environment and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and energized. Please wear ballet slippers or clean socks- and dress in clothing suitable for stretching and exercise.
