The night will conclude with an hour of open networking, allowing you to continue conversations and build new partnerships. This session will feature Heather Prince, Founder of Prince Royalty Consulting, presenting: The Funding Formula: Fundraising + Grant Writing = Sustainability Securing funding isn't just about writing grants. It's about building a sustainable organization with a diversified funding strategy. In this session, Heather Prince will break down the critical differences between fundraising and grant writing, explain why every nonprofit needs both, and share practical strategies to strengthen your organization's long-term financial health. You'll learn how to identify grants that align with your mission, understand what funders are really looking for, position your nonprofit to become more competitive, and take meaningful steps to qualify for even more funding opportunities. Heather will also cover what happens after you receive a grant, including compliance, reporting, stewardship, and the systems that help turn one-time awards into lasting funding relationships. Whether you're new to grants or looking to improve your success rate, you'll leave with actionable tools to help your organization thrive.
