Pilates + Brunch

Come move your body with a Pilates inspired workout, a little screaming into the ocean, and grilled brunch by the beach! Come spend a morning by the beach moving your body and releasing some stress! We’ll start with 45 minutes of mat Pilates Sculpt then head down to the water to breathe and scream. Yep, scream! Stress. Frustration. Pressure. That shit you said you were over three weeks ago but somehow you're still thinking about it?! Bring it. We're leaving it with the Ocean. Then we eat! Grilled fruits, fresh fruits, cheeses, parfaits, coffee. and juices! Think Beach Breakfast Charcuterie board. Eat, hang out, meet somebody cool, and enjoy the beach! A little movement. A little release. A little ritual. A LOT of brunch. Come hungry. Bring a mat. Maybe bring something you’re ready to leave in the ocean.
