Chef Erin was funny and made fancy restaurant food approachable for us to make at home. We made olive tapenade crostinis, individual salmon Wellington with mushrooms, wild rice, asparagus, and we were supposed to make rum infused chocolate chip cookies other oven had an issue so she made us a chocolate mousse from scratch while we ate and sent the cookie dough home with us so we can still enjoy them.
