You can feel the holiday season coming before it even begins: the plans, the shopping, the meals, the expectations, and the quiet pressure to make it special for everyone else. What would it feel like to give yourself a place in the season, too? Join Tara Faye, Founder of Hygieia & Fitness and Gabrielle Grandell BSc, FMCHC, CLT, MCS-P, The Gut Goddess, for a women’s circle centered on gratitude, nourishment, and feeling at home in your body. Gabrielle will curate a meal for us to share and offer practical tips for feeling good through the holidays while still enjoying the food and celebrations you love.Through a gratitude practice inspired by The Four Agreements, Tara will help you reflect on the expectations you place on yourself and choose what you want to carry into the season. We'll also be joined by a special guest who will lead us on an outdoor grounding meditation and time to reflect will give you space to settle into what matters most. For 4 hours, you don’t have to host, organize, or take care of anyone. You get to be here and leave feeling fed, seen, and more grounded in how you want to experience the holidays.
