Rise & Shine Season 12: No Frills, No Excuses Are you ready to stop putting things off and finally tackle the "hard stuff"? Season 12 of Rise & Shine is here, and this year, we are embracing a bold new mantra: No Frills, No Excuses. Whether you are brand new or a longtime attendee, this season offers a meaningful space for women to identify their personal "thing"—that goal, project, or change you've been hesitating to pursue because of self-doubt, limited resources, competing priorities, or the mindsets that keep getting in the way. This season, we're moving beyond the "easy stuff" and digging deeper into the real barriers that keep us stuck. Join us this December and connect with a community of intentional, supportive, compassionate, and ambitious women who are willing to encourage one another, share honestly, and keep moving forward. Our monthly workshops are designed to help you: • Identify your specific excuses across resources, mindset, and network. • Eliminate friction by simplifying choices and identifying what may be keeping you stuck. • Commit to actionable, measurable steps that help you make meaningful progress in your daily life. Rise & Shine: Workshops for Women brings women together in a welcoming, caring environment to explore meaningful topics, have honest conversations, and learn alongside one another. You'll leave feeling equipped, encouraged, and inspired to keep chipping away at your excuses—with a community cheering you on along the way. This season, we are keeping things simple and intentional. Each monthly session will have its own individual Eventbrite listing, allowing you to register for the dates that work best for you. Important Registration Note: Rise & Shine will no longer be offered in three-month Blocks. To attend additional sessions throughout the season, please register through each monthly Eventbrite page. A full Season Pass is also available through a separate Eventbrite listing for those who would like to commit to the full year.
