Step into the sacred. Reflect, release and realign

Take a moment to unwind, let go of what’s holding you back, and find your inner balance with us. Each full moon offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Join us for an immersive evening of ritual, intention, and restoration as we gather to honor the energy of the upcoming full moon. Guided by Lizzy Rios and Sam Pan, we'll begin by sipping Mayan ceremonial cacao to open the heart and invite grounding, followed by guided journaling centered on what you're ready to let go under the full moon's energy. Gentle breathwork and chant will support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper connection to your body before you settle into healing sound vibrations. Benefits of this experience may include reduced stress, improved clarity, emotional release, deeper relaxation, enhanced self-awareness, energetic balance, and a greater sense of connection. This sacred pause invites you to honor your inner world, release what no longer serves you, and create space for renewal.
