Whispering Woods & Wicked Wonders - A Spirited Forest Bathing Event

This isn’t your average walk in the woods. As the veil thins and twilight settles in, join me for an evening of Spirited Forest Bathing! Spirited Forest Bathing: A Spooky Halloween Forest Therapy Experience This isn’t your average walk in the woods… 👻 As twilight falls and shadows grow longer, join Sandy McEwan for Spirited Forest Bathing, a magical—and slightly spooky—Halloween-inspired forest bathing and forest therapy experience beneath the moonlit canopy. Led by Sandy McEwan, Certified Forest Therapy Guide and yoga instructor, this enchanting evening combines mindful movement, nature meditation, breath awareness, and guided forest therapy invitations to help you slow down, release everyday stress, and reconnect with the natural world. But as the sun disappears, the forest takes on a different feeling… As darkness deepens, we’ll venture into the eerie beauty of the woods, tuning into mysterious sounds, rustling leaves, nighttime scents, shifting shadows, and the secrets hiding among the trees. With Halloween as our inspiration, we’ll explore the forest through the senses while embracing a little spooky, haunted, and otherworldly atmosphere. Keep your senses alert—you never know what you might hear in the darkness… or what might be watching from the trees. 🌲👀 This isn’t a haunted house or a terrifying fright night. Instead, it’s a bewitching blend of mindfulness, nature connection, Halloween magic, and just enough mystery to make you wonder what lurks beyond the trail. As our spooky forest adventure comes to an end, we’ll gather for an enchanted tea ceremony and forest-inspired seasonal snack, creating a cozy moment of warmth and reflection after our twilight wander.
