1MC Denver Featuring Sophie Malahieude

1 Million Cups Denver (1MC) is a safe place for entrepreneurs to share ideas, receive constructive feedback, and meet other like-minded people! Presenters are not here to sell, but to practice presenting in front of a group of people, get honest feedback from the audience, and network with other community members. We always have coffee available and sometimes some light snacks. About the company Founder Sophie Malahieude Description I offer The Emotion Process, a six-week emotional wellness program designed for wellness centers, therapy practices, and organizations that want to provide meaningful emotional support to women navigating midlife transitions. The program supports women experiencing significant life changes such as grief, the end of a relationship, empty nesting, career changes, or health challenges that require them to adapt to a new way of living. The Emotion Process combines somatic movement, breathing practices, meditation, and guided self-inquiry to help participants better understand their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and develop greater emotional balance, clarity, and self-trust. Presentation being practiced Sales Feedback requested I am practicing a new sales presentation aimed not at the end customer but at wellness or retreat centers as part of their offerings.
