This 4-hour course covers important information about recent regulatory changes and practice issues, and is mandatory for brokers to maintain their license status. This course has a required final test exam as written by the Commission. About Tod Franklin: • 33-year Broker in Colorado • Realtor Broker • Expert Witness for Real Estate law • Colorado Real Estate Commission Education Task Force • Colorado Real Estate Commission certified CE Credit College • Colorado Real Estate Commission certified Instructor • Freedom Service Dog Trainer/Foster Four (4) CE Credits will be issued by the instructor. Class will be held in the Sunlight Conferene Room at REcolorado. Please bring a laptop if desired.
