Holosomatic Breathwork experience in Denver, Colorado designed to take you beyond thinking and into the felt experience of your body. We spend so much of our lives in our heads (at least, I know I do!) thinking, analyzing, pushing through, and trying to figure things out. But real change doesn't always happen through understanding alone. Your nervous system learns through experience. Through intentional breath, body awareness, and guided somatic practice, this small-group breathwork experience creates space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore what may be ready to shift. What to expect This is a small, intimate group (max 14 participants) where you’ll be guided through a powerful breathwork experience in a supportive and grounded environment. You’ll have space to: • Connect more deeply with your body • Explore patterns and sensations beneath the surface • Release tension and create space for something new • Practice nervous-system awareness and regulation • Experience your breath as a pathway to greater presence and connection You don't need to know how to meditate. You don't need to be "good" at breathwork. And you don't need to have everything figured out. Just come as you are. Wildly Regulated is rooted in the belief that your body holds it's own innate wisdom and that when you learn to listen to it, you can begin to move from bracing into being, from survival into safety, and from control into trust.
