What to Expect Arrive at 6 PM for a welcome sipper as the room fills with candlelight and marigolds. Dinner begins around 6:45, with seven tasting courses served over the evening. Expect a relaxed, communal pace, stories behind the dishes, and time to linger. We will also have cocktails, beer and wine for purchase. Nicky brings New Mexico roots and Daianna brings Chicago upbringing and Mexican heritage.
