Sacred Circle of Rage & Expression

A small gathering to move through collective rage with plant medicine, somatic practices, & breathwork with a guided scream. Join us in the Sacred Circle of Rage & Expression! Together we will move through a variety of practices to utilize our body's natural processing system to process, understand, & release anger. --> Only 10 spots total <-- This intentionally curated evening is for those looking to: • Feel their rage fully in a safe space • Explore what their anger is communicating to them • Experience a deep release • Learn more about processing via the body • Process thoughts and emotions with community We will open with a plant medicine ceremony (cacao, or different mushr00m blends availble) to ground into our bodies. These plant medicines allow us to tap into our emotional body and feel more open. Then you will be guided through therapeutic reflection around your journey with anger. This will progress into some somatic practices of light movement, tapping, breathing, etc. Elements and concepts from EMDR and somatic experiencing therapies will be integrated to help us tap deeper into rage and allow it to move. Next, you will be supported through a breathwork journey to access your subconscious mind and integrate the reflection practice. This type of active breathwork will also encourage your body to somatically release emotional energy that has been stored in the nervous system. We will engage in a collective SCREAM at the end of this breathwork journey as well! The group will then move through a guided process of introception to return back to themselves, and learn more about their own rage. We will close together in circle, and have time at the end to share and connect further. Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, breathwork facilitator, & Reiki II practitioner Val Davis.
