join joyful wanderer wellness for a cozy one hour sound bath meditation + chai + dessert gathering designed to help you slow down, settle into your body, and reconnect. we’ll begin with a few gentle grounding breaths before moving into an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls and calming tones. after the meditation, stay for warm chai and a little time to connect. this gathering is exclusively for residents, and each resident may bring one guest. please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable lying down. upcoming datesseptember 9october 14 spots are limited to keep the experience intimate. come as you are and give yourself half quiet hour to rest, regulate, and reconnect. the mountains of emotions ☀︎
