Sunday Night Reset: Yoga + Sound Healing

A 90-min class blending vinyasa flow, yin, and a full sound healing experience to reset, release, and restore body and mind. Join Sarah T for a 90-minute practice designed to restore balance to body and mind. We’ll begin with a mindful vinyasa flow to warm, move energy, and clear the mental space, then soften into grounding yin postures to gently release tension and open the body. The practice will close with an extended sound healing savasana, where the soothing tones of koshi chimes, rain disk + wave drum, and crystal bowls attuned to each chakra wash over you, guiding you into deep rest, stillness, and ease. An invitation to slow down, reset, and return to yourself — just as you are. We are back in the Upaya Studio in City Park with mats and props available. I recommend bringing an eye pillow or something to cover the eyes for the sound healing. **These events are small and space is limited, refunds will NOT be given within 72 hours of the event.
