About Our Speaker: Megan Flanagan is a healthcare business development and partnerships leader who has spent over a decade building a portfolio career across corporate roles, fractional consulting, entrepreneurship, and community building. She currently works as Fractional Head of Go-to-Market Strategy and runs her consulting practice through Evolved Potential. Megan founded Strong Runner Chicks, a 6,000+ member women's endurance community and hosts the Evolve Your Path podcast. She holds an MPH in Health Promotion, designed her own Bachelor's degree, and is an ICF-ACC certified coach. A 5x 100-mile ultramarathon finisher, Megan brings the same experiment mindset she's built through endurance racing to how she helps women design careers and lives that actually fit.
