Welcome to The Sobremesa Sessions! My love language is sharing food with people I love and connect with. So I created this space to truly express my passion for food, get creative in my own way, and show my appreciation to the people who support me. Why "sobremesa"? Do you have a word in another language that you love but that just doesn't translate to English? Sobremesa is mine. It's the time you spend at the table after eating just talking, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. Just being present with one another. So this is The Sobremesa Sessions: an intimate multi-course culinary experience featuring a welcome cocktail, two curated appetizers, three courses, dessert, and coffee. Session No. 1 The theme for this first session is fall. The menu is carefully built around seasonal favorites such as pumpkin, pears, and mushrooms. Ingredients ispired by the forest, the coziness, and the crisp morning air.
