Students ages 16+ will learn powerful awareness strategies De-escalation techniques Basic Defensive Techniques Empowerment strategies Escape defense INTERMEDIATE CLASS COVERS: Intermediate Level Defensive Techniques Ground Defense Knife defense ADVANCED CLASS: Students spend most of the class using all the techniques taught in real-world scenarios and drills. Advanced Level Defensive Techniques and combinations. Advanced ground and weapon defense. Wear your comfy clothes and learn a powerful self-defense system that anyone can understand. No special skills are needed and the class is not based on martial arts.
