Learn the basics of hands-only CPR and how to use an automatic external defibrillator (AED) in the event of a cardiac emergency. Participants will get the opportunity to practice compressions and use an AED trainer. This is a great opportunity to brush up on your CPR skills or get introduced to CPR if this is your first training. No previous experience necessary.
