Now that's something you won't get from a Mall Santa. Santa Grump will be available Saturday & Sunday from 11 am - 4 pm. Due to anticipated demand to meet Santa, we suggest attendees purchase the $15 VIP Tickets which gets you into the event 1 hour before the doors opens to the general public. That's 1 hour of early access to Santa and the event, allowing you to beat the crowd and lines. Friday hours are 6-9 pm: VIPs may enter at 5:00 pm. These are all the same event! We are limited in the amount of characters we can type in an event title. Since our event encompasses: Anime, Game, Horror, Marvel, Disney, Star Wars, Alice in Wonderland, this is simply too long to put into an event title. To make it easier and in order to reach fans of each theme, we have created separate events for these themes but keep in mind, it is all the same event. THIS EVENT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS A LEGITIMATE EVENT? We encourage you to Google us at "amazing art expo" where you will see many updates, reviews, etc. We have over 66,000 followers on Facebook, 44,000 on Instagram and have been in business since 2016. We have hosted over 200 events during that time. WHY DO I NEED TICKETS IF THE EVENT IS FREE? Ticket reservations help us monitor what our attendance will be and allows us to email you the next time we are in your neighborhood. However, with the exception of VIP tickets, free ticket reservations are not required to enter the event. You can just show up. ARE KIDS ALLOWED? Yes! This event is 100% Kid & Stroller Friendly! ARE YOU ACCEPTING VENDORS OR ARTISTS FOR THIS EVENT? We are no longer accepting any vendors for this event. IS THERE ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (A.I.) ART AT THIS EVENT? Absolutely NOT! All our art featured at our events were created by human hands, made in the USA by US artists and all artists are under contract and paid. We do not believe A.I. art is actually art and we stay firm with that decision. IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED? You are welcome to photograph cosplayers, photo ops with Santa and the overall event— both are encouraged to share with friends. However, due to encounters of theft, attempts in converting the art via A.I. and/or unauthorized reproduction (bootlegging) of the artwork, our artists request no photography of the art itself please.
