Join Me First Mornings at Belle Isle Beach for a 50-minute guided stretch + movement flow designed to help you loosen up, breathe deeper, and settle into your body before stepping into the rest of your Sunday. This special Me First Mornings is happening in collaboration with Social N The City as part of Detroit Creator Weekend. Whether you’ve been moving with us all summer or this is your first morning, come as you are. No experience needed. Sunday, September 2710:30 – 11:30 AMBelle Isle Beach We’ll give everyone a few minutes to arrive and get settled before beginning the 50-minute flow. A limited number of mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a yoga mat or blanket, bring it with you. Wear something comfortable to move in and bring water. This experience is free, but registration is required. Come move with us. The rest of the day can wait.
