Ed Bassmaster headlines an evening of laughs at The Comedy Bar, Detroit's newest comedy club experience. Ed Bassmaster is a comedian, content creator, and prankster best known for his wildly popular YouTube channel, where he brings an eccentric cast of characters to life. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Ed developed a love for comedy at an early age, drawing inspiration from classic pranksters and observational humor. His iconic personas—such as Skippy, Teste, Mumbles, Bushman, and the “Would You Look at That” guy—have become viral sensations, with fans quoting his catchphrases worldwide. Ed’s success on YouTube led to mainstream recognition, including appearances on major TV networks and his own reality-comedy series, The Ed Bassmaster Show on CMT. COMEDY CLUB MAIN ENTRANCE LOCATED IN BACK OF BUILDING OFF OF PARKING LOT. Shows will be held on the lower level of The Norwood Theatre building. — Most tables seat 4 total guests. You may be seated with strangers if your party has less than four guests. — All shows are 17 and over. 21+ to drink. —2-Item Minimum (soft drinks, beer, wine, and liquor)* — 20% gratuity added to all checks. — No dress code. — Shows run about an hour and 15 minutes. — Doors open 30 minutes prior to show-time. Arriving at least 15 minutes before the show is always a good idea! — Seating is first come first serve with a strict no-call, no-show policy. Please call us if you are running late! *The two-item minimum policy requires each guest to purchase a minimum of two items from our menu during their visit, this can include any combination of soft drinks or alcoholic beverages. Upon entry of the venue, (i) you hereby irrevocably grant the venue owner (The Comedy Bar), and its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Owner") the right to photograph, record, film and otherwise capture your image, voice, and likeness (collectively, "Footage") and to own, license, assign and/or use the Footage (and/or any portion thereof) in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media including, without limitation, in connection with any productions, programming, advertising and promotion, subject in all respects in Owner's sole discretion.
