SELF REFLECT SUNDAYS: A REFLECTION SESSION A creative experience for your mind, body & soul. ✨ WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AT SELF REFLECT SUNDAYS? Doors open at 6:30 PM — Reflection Session begins at 7:30 PM. 🥂 6:30–7:30 PM | ARRIVE • VIBE • CONNECT Come in, get comfortable and leave the outside world at the door. 🎶 Good music + live DJ🍽️ Light bites🥂 Drinks🛍️ Shop with our vendors🎨 Check out your creative space💬 Meet people, laugh, talk and unwind This first hour is simply about settling in and enjoying yourself. Then at 7:30 PM… we REFLECT. 🪴 7:30 PM | THE REFLECTION SESSION This is where we slow things down. You’ll be guided through honest reflection prompts while you paint, write or simply sit with your thoughts. 🎨 PAINT — express what’s difficult to put into words. ✍🏽 WRITE — get the thoughts out of your head and onto paper. 🪴 REFLECT — be honest with yourself about where you are, what you’re carrying and what you want. 💭 RELEASE — identify what you need to let go of. And then we get to the most important question: “Okay… now that I’ve been honest with myself, what am I going to DO about it?” You don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing. You don’t have to be an artist. You don’t have to have all the answers. This is your time. ✨ AFTER THE REFLECTION We don’t just end the night on a serious note. We’ll get back into the music, conversation, food, vendors and good energy. Because reflection doesn’t mean sitting around being sad. It’s about getting honest, letting some things go, and leaving with a little more clarity about your next step. Come nervous.Come overwhelmed.Come happy.Come curious.
