THURSDAY JANUARY 7: COREY O'BRIEN

Corey O'Brien headlines an evening of laughs at The Comedy Bar, Detroit's premium comedy club experience. Corey O’Brien’s Red Tour fearlessly brings sharp, unapologetic comedy to red states, challenging divides while creating a space where everyone—left, right, and in between—can laugh together. Bold, provocative, and uniting, Corey proves humor can bridge even the widest gap. "The Red Tour" is a fearless, boundary-shattering comedy experience that takes a hardcore liberal, gay Democrat into the heart of red states to stir things up—and bring laughter to places where it’s desperately needed. Known for his sharp political wit and unapologetic candor, Corey is on a mission to shake up the status quo, offering a unique blend of controversial humor and bold perspective. In a time when political divides run deep, O’Brien’s “Red Tour” seeks to foster meaningful conversations, challenge stereotypes, and remind us that laughter is universal. No matter how red the state, Corey’s comedy proves that humor can bridge even the widest divides, leaving audiences—whether they agree or not—with something to think about, and more importantly, something to laugh about. Corey O’Brien is an American comedian, LGBTQ+ advocate and social media creator with over 2 million followers across social media.
