Women Who Weld® Week-Long Intensive GMAW/MIG Welding Training Class

Week-Long Intensive GMAW/MIG Welding Training Class Women Who Weld is holding a Week-Long Intensive GMAW/MIG Welding Training Class from Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 30, 2026 from 9:30 am to 4 pm each day at our training facility, which is a shared space, in Westland, MI! Women Who Weld is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that teaches women how to weld and find employment in the welding industry. Women Who Weld will assist with resume and interview preparation and may help connect participants with hiring employers in Southeast Michigan, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the participant to apply, interview, and test into a job or apprenticeship in the welding industry. Women Who Weld does not guarantee job placement. We can accept a maximum of 11 participants. The minimum age to participate is 18. The cost to participate in the class is $800.00 per person (plus the Eventbrite fee). All proceeds go directly toward Women Who Weld’s programs.
