Yoga at Catfé Lounge!

Stretch, breathe, and find your zen with rescue cats! Join us at the Catfé Lounge for a purr-fectly relaxing and mindful yoga experience. Join Amy (@amy.justbe) for a yoga practice open to all levels, where friendly felines may join you on the mat or curl up on your lap! This gentle session is designed to help you unwind and practice mindfulness through accessible poses in a calm, welcoming space. No prior yoga experience is needed, and kids are welcome to join when accompanied by an adult who can help ensure they participate quietly or observe respectfully. Friendly cats add a special charm to this nurturing, relaxed environment, creating moments of joy as they play, wander, or snuggle nearby. Whether you’re here for yoga, cats, or both, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and recharged. • Spots fill up quickly—reserve your place today! • Please bring a mat, though a limited number of mats are available if needed. • Proceeds support the Ferndale Cat Shelter, helping us care for cats waiting for their forever homes. Please help us be a good neighbor. Don't park at the ceramics studio or the David Klein Gallery. Thank you!
