As nature turns inward, we gather to honor endings, release, transformation, and new beginnings. In this liminal time, when the veil between worlds grows thin, we create space to connect with our hearts, our ancestors, our inner wisdom, and the mystery of becoming. Through kirtan, mantra, ecstatic dance, meditation, and deep integration, we will open our voices, move energy, release what no longer serves, and surrender into the unfolding of a new season. Light healthy snacks, tea and water will be provided. • Yoga mat or cushion for sitting and resting. • Comfortable clothes for both dancing, and for sitting and resting. GUIDELINES FOR OUR DANCE: • Please come on time • Come sober, refrain from intoxicants before and during event • No talking on the dance floor during ecstatic dance • No electronic devices in the dance area during ecstatic dance (No Phones, No Camera/Video) • Respect everyone's personal space • HAVE FUN!
