Sound Baths AND Grief Healing Circles have both proven to be beneficial. Please join us at Chicago Fair Trade Museum for this collaboration! If you've never experienced a Sound Bath...please join us for this immersive, healing experience with Rachael Luka, Sound Healer, Happiness Guide, & Mindfulness Educator at guideandseekchicago.com! A grief healing circle is for all types of grief, including grief with a lower-case g, that might include divorce, job loss, moving, a transition after any romantic or platonic friendship, even events such as graduations and weddings, as well as Grief-with-a-capital-G after the death of a loved one, person or animal. Grief Healing Circles are beautiful opportunities to connect with people, including 1:1 in a series of pairs, to hold space with each other's stories, listening nonjudgementally, and working collectively towards greater healing together. These Grief Healing Circles are unique experiences, where we do NOT sit in a single whole group circle the whole time, and are not only sad/wallowing in the most difficult parts of the grief.
