Matthew Carroll is a lifelong Galena resident and the owner and innkeeper of Jail Hill Inn, an award-winning luxury bed-and-breakfast in the city’s historic former county jail. His deep connection to Galena and passion for preserving its history are reflected throughout the inn and the experiences he creates for guests.
