Mixology Class: The Manhattan (Rd. 2)

The Martini classes we did earlier in the year were such a hit that we decided to devote another class to a beloved single cocktail. The Holidays always evoke the perennial classic cocktail - The Manhattan. Relatively unchanged since its inception (a rarity), it has remained a sturdy and well-loved tipple since the late 1800s. In this class, we will discuss the history of the Manhattan, trace its lineage, and delight in its many variants and offspring. Together, we will make a progenitor version, the classic, and then a more modern riff that pushes the boundaries. This month's additional skill-building class will take place at Little Gem on Tuesday, December 22, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Space is limited to 16 seats, so be sure to reserve yours today! Tickets are available at $75 (includes plated snacks from Beau Catering, three cocktails, and recipe cards for each cocktail so you can make them at home). Hope to see you there! Can't make it? Stay tuned for our 2027 class schedule!
