Meet Your Reporter

Meet Jim Lynch, Block Club Chicago'sreporter for Beverly, Morgan Park, Mount Greenwood & Washington Heights. Play trivia, grab a free drink! At Block Club, we believe the best stories begin by listening to our community. Join us for a casual meet-and-greet with South Side reporter Jim Lynch, who covers Beverly, Morgan Park, Mount Greenwood and Washington Heights. A Morgan Park native who joined Block Club last December, Jim wants to hear directly from the people who know these neighborhoods best. Stop by to play some Southside trivia, enjoy a free drink (included with your RSVP for guests 21+), and chat with Jim about what matters in your community. Share story ideas, ask questions, raise concerns, or simply get to know the reporter covering your neighborhood. This isn't a formal event—just a conversation between neighbors. Your perspective can help shape our reporting on the South Side.
