All levels are welcome! This is an adult heels dance class designed for beginner and intermediate dancers. Come ready to learn, have fun, and challenge yourself at your own pace. 👠 What to Bring Please come prepared with: ● Heels with ankle support ● Knee pads ● A water bottle ● A positive attitude and an open mind Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely and feel confident. Public parking is available in the surrounding area. Parking availability may vary, so we recommend allowing extra time to locate a spot and walk to the studio. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins, by 7:15 PM, to allow time to park, enter the studio, get settled, and prepare for class. Class begins promptly at 7:30 PM, so arriving early will help you start the experience feeling relaxed and ready to move. Her approach encourages women to embrace their femininity, develop confidence, and discover the power of sensual movement.
