Immerse yourself in a unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation through soothing sound and vibration at our Sound Bath & Tea Sessions Sound Bath & Tea Sessions are a deeply restorative experience that invites you to lie back, relax, and receive. Using a blend of 432hz crystal singing bowls, gong vibrations, ocean drum, rain column, wooden chimes, and grounding spoken affirmations, this session gently guides you into a meditative state where the body can release tension and the nervous system can soften. As the sounds wash over you, the mind slows, the body settles, and your energy is supported in returning to balance. At times, soft affirmations are spoken to plant seeds of calm, clarity, and grounding, and in some sessions gentle vocal tones or healing chants may be layered in to support deeper integration. Following the sound bath, we close with a soothing tea ritual to help ground the experience and ease the transition back into the day. Set in the peaceful, leafy-green atmosphere of Mind N Heart, this session is more than a class, it’s a moment to pause, reset, and nourish both body and spirit.
