In this group we sit silently for 40 minutes. 4+ Years of Community, Presence, and Peace Join us every Sunday for a circle of mindfulness and silent meditation. For over four years, we’ve gathered to breathe, center, and cultivate inner calm together. • Supportive, welcoming community • Space for renewal and clarity All are welcome—no experience needed.
