Then, overnight, we were expected to build trust, coach people, delegate, handle the hard conversations, and still deliver. This event will look at how to establish confidence and clarify to deliver results as an inexperienced leader.Join us for an engaging, interactive presentation by Zach Herman, author of “Wait, I’m in Charge Now? The Accidental Leader’s Guide to Confidence, Clarity and Results”, followed by a panel discussion with regional accidental leaders. Join us at University of Chicago, Biological Sciences Learning Center (Hyde Park) for this leadership discussion. Light refreshments will be served.
