What to expect: Arrive and settle in with tea and light bites while you take a photo at our Wellness Wednesday wall. Then we'll get into the work: the why behind gua sha, followed by a guided, hands-on session focused on the face, neck, and the crown-to-shoulder area where so much of our tension lives. This isn't a watch-and-copy class. I'll walk the room and work with you directly, so you leave actually knowing how to do this at home. We'll close with a bonus body-scraping segment and time to shop the products you just learned to love.
