Learning to draw is a foundational creative skill that anyone can learn in the right environment. Many of us tell ourselves that we can't draw because we've gone through that critical stage of 11 or 12 years old where we declare that we cannot draw because we don't like our drawings, and we then put it aside. But for most of us, it is only because we haven't been in the right setting of openness, encouragement, and guidance to practice proven exercises that help us to transfer thinking from the left to the right hemisphere, where creativity flourishes. Once we learn to draw what we 'see' instead of 'what we think we see', we surprise even ourselves. In this presentation Cheri will go through the process of her own journey of awareness and then we will, together, do a few exercises that may open your eyes to the wonderful world of drawing.
