About Back Where We Started Katie has achieved everything she once dreamed of: she’s a rising Hollywood actress with a busy career and a life far from Dutch Ridge, Pennsylvania. But when a promise to her sister brings her home for Christmas, she finds herself face-to-face with Drew, her first love. At sixteen, their shared ambition brought them together; in the years that followed, it drove them apart. Now Drew’s life looks nothing like the future they once imagined and he seems... happy. As their connection reignites, Katie begins to question whether the success she’s worked so hard for is enough, and what she might still want from the life she left behind. Tender and emotional, Back Where We Started is a second-chance romance about the pull of first love, the pursuit of achievement, and making room for what matters most.
