Event Information: North Shore University Hospital's expert physician panel will explain when to visit the Emergency Department and help you recognize common symptoms like back pain, headaches, and chest pain that require urgent care. After the panel, attendees will have the chance to participate in hands on demonstrations including: Hands-On Training: Gain confidence with life-saving techniques including Stop the Bleed, NARCAN, and Hands-Only CPR for adults and babies (this is bystander training only, non-certification for CPR). Emergency Essentials: Visit our interactive station to build your own basic first aid kit with essential supplies (available for the first 50 registrants). The event is free and open to all members of the public.
