Intro to Intuition Workshop

In this workshop, we will come together for a 2 hour interactive lesson on developing your intuition. In this workshop, we will come together for a 2 hour interactive lesson on developing your intuition. This is for anyone who either wants to restart their practice, learn something entirely new, or simply wants a spirit-driven work out. This workshop will focus on different types of meditative practices to help develop a relationship with your spirit which is in charge of driving your intuition. Even someone who avidly meditates can benefit from this session. This lesson will follow a seminar-style lecture structure that encourages the full participation of all students. This workshop is for everyone, but is recommended for those who are committed to fully engaging with the work both during the workshop and in the weeks to follow. We will: Identify what intuition is, the benefits of meditation and how connecting body, mind, and spirit is essential to living from a place of embodied consciousness create a consciousness-tracking journal to note where we are, where we’ve been, and how we can expand into a greater sense of ourselves and purpose enjoy an overview of what meditation/intuitive practices looks like from multiple different spiritual and faith traditions touch on the wisdom of quantum physics, neuropsychology, and molecular biology to understand the physiological/scientific impact of meditation practice 3-4 different styles of meditation all guided with sound be given a roadmap to engage in reflective, contemplative exercises post-workshop.
