This group is welcome to all men. Purpose of the Workshops These workshops will serve as an introduction to breathwork ( box breath, ocean breathing), restorative poses (heart openers) and community circle sharing. The intention is not to replace therapy or professional psychological services, but rather support men as they develop personal strategies to deal with the everyday stresses of life.
