You’ll practice vegetable preparation, how to sharpen your knives properly and identify the best tool to use, and how to use these masterful cutts to create a prettier presnetation. Each skill is designed to be immediately usable in your everyday cooking, helping you move with greater ease and intention in the kitchen. Each student will recieve: • A grocery list on what to purchase for the class if you wish to Chop alongside the virtual instruction. • A hand out of different knives and what they are used for. • A recording of the class to refer back to in the future.
